DCMight be worth having the conversation with Sven to have his coach, Aaron, endorse your promotion. He seems well respected by the people who have disputed your promotion. Disputes may become verifications.
JMI would like to go on the record and say I admire that you have not tucked your tail and run. I hope you find a black belt to validate your rank. Good luck.

"100% Panzerfaust."
"Saw him compete a couple of times, legit!"
"confirmed promotion"
"Know him since a while, rolled with him, know his coaches. Leaving the old comment for the future generations. --- --- ---Forgot to validate my vote here in the process so I do it with a bit of delay but I'm not deleting my original comment: I'm against the grain on this one I guess. For as much as I might have my own ideas about the "rebranding" of his coach from luta livre to jiu-jitsu (but then, I also have my own ideas about what differences actually are between the two styles nowadays), I believe that Heiko's coach choices are supported by very trusted black belts, and while this might not be a purple belt in the most "traditional" way, it definitely is a purple belt level in that sport that we all practice coming either from a LL or a JJ background, awarded by a very skilled and knowledgeable black belt in that sport that we all practice coming either from a LL or a JJ background."
"Legit !"
